Refund policy
Return rules summary
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Unopened items: full refund of the item price
- Opened, unused and complete items: up to 15% restocking fee
- Customer pays return shipping (except damaged, defective or wrong items)
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours
- Items marked “Final Sale” and gift cards cannot be returned
Return window
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
Unopened items
Items returned unopened in their original, sealed packaging receive a full refund of the item price.
Opened items
Items that have been opened but are unused, undamaged and complete (all parts, accessories and original packaging) may be returned for a refund minus a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item price.
Change of mind returns
If you are returning an item for a reason that is not our error, including but not limited to:
- you changed your mind
- you no longer need the item
- you found it cheaper somewhere else
- you ordered the wrong color or item
you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping is not refunded, and we do not provide prepaid return labels for these returns.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@minirctoys.com with your order number and clear photos or a short video. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. We cover the return shipping, and no restocking fee applies.
Discounted items and bundles
Discounted items and bundles (Sibling Pack, Family Pack) can be returned under this policy. If you return part of a bundle, the refund is based on the price you paid for that item after the bundle discount. Only items marked “Final Sale” and gift cards cannot be returned.
Order cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. Email support@minirctoys.com with your order number.
After 12 hours, your order has already been picked and prepared for shipping. Cancellations requested after 12 hours but before the order ships are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 15% of the order total. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be returned under this return policy.
How to start a return
- Email support@minirctoys.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our approval. We will send return instructions and the warehouse address. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it with a trackable method. Send us the tracking number. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item or color is to return the one you have. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We will email you once your return is received and inspected and let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fee. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@minirctoys.com.
