We have a 14 day unused return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product was not used.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@minirctoys.com. We will review your request and, if accepted, provide return authorization and instructions. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will provide the warehouse return address after your return is approved.

Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund on approved returns once the item is received and inspected.

• The restocking fee does not apply to returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, return shipping costs and any restocking fee are waived.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods
Custom or personalized products
Personal care goods
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Final-sale items such as sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling-off period

If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days (less any applicable restocking fee). Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
